Unity

Freelance Unity Developer for 6-8 week contract!

I am looking for a freelance Unity developer to work for a client - a great marketing agency in London.

I need freelancers who have extensive Unity experience and have a great portfolio of work to show.

Please forward your details to matthew@cogsagency.com

This is a 6-8 week project and a great opportunity.

Kelvin's Space Ranch case study.

Hi all,

We've recently finished developing a Unity-based time management title for Science Alberta. You can check out its trailer and a link to the playable web-version at:

http://www.incubatorgames.com/index.php/20100413/kelvins-space-ranch/

In addition, we also posted a short case study about the project that other developers might find interesting.

Cheers,

HyperBowl

Hi, just joined this site, thought I'd start off with a Showcase post. Here's the web player and main site for my HyperBowl game.

http://hyperbowl3d.com/

It's also on Facebook using dimeRocker and on the iPhone. (I have to get back to the dimeRocker version and get the leaderboard working - I'm in a post-GDC take-it-easy mode right now). This is a licensed version of the original HyperBowl arcade/attraction game which I worked on ten years ago. I was pleased at GDC to see that it's still available in its original location in the Metreon!

Lookin' for Some Unity Developers

We're looking for some interesting+talented Unity developers to jump on-board a small-scope game project. Up until now my startup company (www.SunshowerGames.com) has been working with Flash, but we'd like to dive in and give Unity a shot.

We could use a bit of 'hand-holding' to help get us up to speed with Unity quicker, so if you have experience with it already, that's great. If you're a talented developer who has yet to use Unity, but are interested in giving it a shot, that's OK too.

Boston-area Unity users, raise your hands.

Any Bostonians lurking? Throw up your twitter account names and lets start something.

Big thanks to all of you who attended.

Will have follow up post on this event, Montreal UUG event and dimeRocker at G-star later this week after I recover from brutal jetlag.
