UUG LAUNCH PARTY!

Like all great "we should totally do that" ideas, the Unity Users Group could have remained just that -- a great idea.

We began kicking the UUG around dR HQ a couple months ago.

Egged on by Boris at BootUp the idea grew from a humble website, into a full-blown 2day Unity networking and skills building initiative lead by "the Reverend" Tom Higgins himself.

When we finally settled on a date and posted the announcement, we could not have predicted the support and enthusiasm from both the local sponsors and developers alike.

The turnout for both the Unity TGIF and Workshop was unbelivable! Unity Devs came from as far away as Portland!

Was it all worth it?... Absolutely.

Was it successful?... We'll see...

Like you, we are a small indy Unity studio that wanted to connect with Unity devs in Vancouver.

As other like-minded indys come online and build on this initiative - only then can we declare the UUG a success.

Begin as you mean to go on.

Big thanks to all shout outs of support:
